Curbside Eats

Most people have had the pleasure of eating chef Dana’s food as he has never strayed far from his community. Chef and co-owner Dana DeMont grew up in Western Shore and has over 25 years of experience. Dana is a Red Seal Chef, working amongst some amazing people that have turned into great friendships. Some of the local establishments that he has been with include: Oak Island Resort and Conference Centre, Seaside Shanty, Lunenburg Arms, and the Sea Fire. He has spent the last 6 years cooking at Shoreham. With his passion for food still in check, he and wife Janice decided to embark on the new adventures of becoming owners of a food truck! Where Chef Dana can always be found on the truck, Janice is typically on the phone taking orders, doing all the social media, answering emails, and seeking out the next location.
