We started our Catering Biz in Barrie Ontario. The crossroads where our bistro was located were tore up for months making access to us almost impossible. If people couldn’t come to us, we will go to them said my husband. How? I asked. He built our first food truck, we built another since then and never turned back. We visited beautiful Halifax 11 years ago after my father telling me of its beauty and kindness to him landing on the shores after WW2. Kids all grown up and gone, we sold everything and came to Halifax in Nov 2016. We love it here and providing people with great tasting food, locally sourced at fair prices. Happy creating a fun and tasty food truck experience! We found our way home and the people of the Martimes found our hearts.
We travel within 100km outside HRM, $1.75 km after first 25 km, return. We require a non-refundable booking to hold your date, $150 for a weekday luncheon or $300 for evenings and weekends. We require a min of $1000 expenditure for lunch, $1500 for evenings and weekends. We can work with most budgets to create custom menus. We offer, window service, Family style- served on platters to tables, buffet and even plated gourmet sit down meals. Prices include window service with 2 - 3 staff, paper plates, napkins and disposable cutlery. Extra servers, bartenders and upgraded services to be quoted. Condiments are included.
